Working Women or House Wife?
i think a working woman is better, she has studied a lot n has the right to utilize all her studies,,well i m talking about myself i wud never like to marry immediately after completing my studies,n no girl wud like to do that,
anf if house wife is concerned then working women can also handle her home n she can also teach her children the basic concepts of living as she wud be fully aware if them

A working women ... As huma said, she has worked hard to get to the stage she is and she should be allowed to benefit from her studies. And also, don't you think she'll get bored in the house?

I certainly would be bored !!
if women are made to feel guilty for going out to work, why bother to educate them at all and then make them waste all the education sitting at home - specifically in the kitchen !!

Who said House Wife can not utilise her education? In other words House Wife is said to be Home Maker.
Offcourse Working Women can handle the house work and children too, but not better than House Wife and thats for sure.

Working Women or House Wife?
Well, working women or house wife?
It all depends on individual needs and ambition. I for one have never stopped one from working as long as the working environment is safe. By safe i mean not only from dangerous surroundings but from unwanted eyes that see a women as something available. Heard many a times of situations where a person is to timid to stand up for something until its too late. I know ladies can take care of themselves well enough but these are more just words of decieving yourself until the situation really arises. Seen hundred and thousands of such cases here and elsewhere.
Housewife? Well who said a house wife has to sit idle at home. The joy of bring up a child in front of your eyes is far more rewarding, both for yourself and for the child you will never feel neglected and knows that you got the time and he can always turn to you at all times without you saying, "I am busy dear, can it wait?" I don't say that a father is excempt from these duties but it upto you to decide who is better at bring up a child a father or a mother? I for one would go for a mother. Now coming to the issue of sitting idle. I don't think an educated women would ever been content day in and day out just reading gossips or filmy magazines or watching the midday movies or dramas just as the ad showed the other day. In this modern world of technology their is so much a women can do just sitting at home. You got the internet, the correspondence and work at home schemes that are available if you just search for them.
To sum it up, i salute a mother who can bring the utmost out of her child and see him/her prosper, for in their prospertity she can see herself prosper. I salute a women who can make a home where all can come and rejoice and be happy. I salute a women who is standing next to her husband at all time be it while going up in life or if fate takes a turn and he has to take a few steps back. I salute a women who can give out all she learned to making this world a better place be it by doing it by going out and reaching to people or bring the world to her place.

Working Women or House Wife?
^ you sums it up, i myself worked before i had my kids ,having a job especially in this society and lifestyle is rewarding.you can share responsibility, bills etc and be independant.for some women here there is no other choice but to work in order to maintain a financial balance at home.
If you have a good educational background and or career , it would be a waste of time to be at home. unless if you have little kids and no one to take care of them then yes you need to be home.
i myself have little ones and i dont like the idea of havin a babysitter . for sure Ill work when my kids are much older.

Working Women or House Wife?
in this day and age...working women... heard the saying "an idle mind is a devil's workshop"? women also have ambitions to be something in this life, to prove their worth, to make a difference.....not only men have those feelings...besides let the women decide what they want to be....gone is the age where men decided everything for the women....
High time men moved out of the dark ages and accept a woman's choice - either way.... it should be up to the woman and NOT the husband.
