RAM Problem

ok heres what is happening, sometimes after i restart my computer it only recognizes 2 gb of my 6 and sometimes it recognizes 4 this is in the bios. cpu-z recognizes that there are 3 dimms installed. i think i narrowed it down to when i flip the switch on my PSU it has the highest chance to change the amount of memory. ive already have replacement ram
