it is up to the individual to decide whether he wants to have a love or an arranged marriage after all it is a question of being happy in love. love marriages offer more independence and freedom as compared to arranged marriages where the girl/boy is chosen by the parents so there is pressure to conform to parental expectations . Not all love marriages have happy endings. Sometimes discord arises even in love marriages.

i feel arrange marriages where a guy and a girl should remain engage for sometime, so that they can know each other, and then marriage.

arrange marriage is good usually where all family members are happy.

i agree with u preet and chetana

arranged marriage is what the parents pick coz they have known u as a child and they know what u hate and like....In arrange marriage u can fall in love and be happy for the rest of ur life so for me it will be arranged marriage.
