There was a diet and exercise routine for a movie called "Ghajini". The actor, Aamir Khan, got HUGE! But when I looked it up, a lot of bodybuilders left comments saying that it was impossible to gain that much muscle without supplements or steroids by eating only the X amount of protein that was stated in his diet.

He was too big anyway. Looks scary and uncomfortable to hug..
